MunchiePets Adjustable Elevated Feeder

The MunchiePets feeder is made out of pine wood. The bowls are made out of ceramic.

Yes, the bowls are both dishwasher & microwave safe.

The front panel of the feeder can be inclined or titled 360 degrees. This means you can incline or tilt the feeder any degree that best suits your pup or kitty. Since our fur friends are all different shapes and sizes, you can adjust the feeder to an angle that best suits their needs so they are comfortable while eating.

In some cases you may experience the side screws that attaches the front panel to become loose. This happens usually when the feeder is assembled and titled frequently. We recommend that you refrain from frequently tilting and reassembling the feeder. If you must frequently tilt the feeder to get the correct angle, we recommend you first loosen the side screws by unscrewing them and then tightening back to get the perfect angle.

Orders & Shipping

We ship our feeders from California, USA!

Please contact help@muchiepets.com as soon as possible. In some some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't processed yet. There is no guarantee we will be able to change the shipping address so please review your shipping address carefully prior to ordering.

In the event your order is undeliverable or returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, we will contact you to issue a refund for the full dollar amount of the original order, minus the difference of the shipping cost.

We use various shipping carriers including UPS, USPS & Fed Ex. 

We are sorry to hear you want to return the item! If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, in original new condition. Please contact us at help@munchiepets.com within 10 days of receiving the product to initiate the return. Once we have received the return you will be refunded the full amount you paid which will not include the cost of return postage. 

We are not able to refund for products that appear to be heavily used. Please clean and sanitize the products prior to returning it to us.
